When starting my own coaching practice, I wanted to focus on the kind of coaching where I could make the most impact.

As an internal coach, I encountered a wide range of topics, but I soon specialized in areas where I felt I could provide the most value—where the shift from uncertainty to clarity was most evident.

I have chosen three specific areas to focus on in my practice:

Whatever the reason for change whether it’s:

  • A new job
  • A career switch
  • Leadership shifts
  • Restructuring

These are just a few examples of situations where managing change can be challenging. My coaching helps you navigate transitions with more clarity and confidence.

  1. Crossroads – What’s the next step? From hesitation to ACTION

Sometimes, a decision needs to be made. You find yourself at a crossroads, hesitating, unsure of which direction to take. Coaching helps you move from hesitation to action, providing the support and clarity needed to take the next step with confidence.

  1. Customer-Centric Leadership – Coaching leaders to enhance customer experience

For businesses—whether large corporations, small businesses, or retailers—maintaining a customer-first mindset is a constant challenge. With over 20 years of experience in coaching and working on customer experience, this is a topic close to my heart.

The key questions leaders should ask are:

  • What is the real essence of customer experience from the customer’s perspective?
  • What drives excitement and loyalty?

 

Two key factors stand out:

  1. Are you delivering on your promise?
  2. How do you make the customer feel?

 

What’s truly astonishing is that *70% of company culture is shaped by leadership. It’s not just about talking values—it’s about living them, embodying them in every action.

Leaders set the tone with every decision and behavior, shaping how the organization approaches customer experience. If leadership focuses only on profits or short-term gains, employees are less likely to buy into the vision.
