When starting up my own coaching practice I wanted to focus on the kind of coaching where I feel that I can mean the most. The topics that I faced as an internal coach were many different ones but I soon specialised in coaching around specific topics where I felt that I could help the most and where the move from uncertainty to clarity was very clear.

I have chosen these three specific areas to focus on in my own practice:

1. Struggling with change- from uncertainty to clarity

What ever the reason for change is, it could be

• new job
• career switch
• leadership shifts
• restructuring

This is just some examples where it can be challenging to manage change. My coaching  is focused on helping you manage the change and create more clarity.

2.  Crossroads, whats the next step? – From hesitation to ACTION

Sometimes there is a decision to be taken, you are at a crossroad, and are hesitating, coaching can help to go from hesitation to action.

3.  Coaching  leaders on how to  get a more “customer centric leadership”  to understand and enhance their customer experience 

For most businesses  big corporations or smaller businesses or retailers the challenge to maintain a customer first mindset is challenging. As I have worked and coached around customer experience for more than 20 years this is something I liked to add on as it’s close to my heart.

The important questions are:

• What is the real essence and core of customer experience from the customer’s perspective?
• And what drives excitement and loyalty?

Two key factors:

1. Are you delivering on your promise?
2. How do you make the customer feel?

But what’s really astonishing  is how *70% of company culture is shaped by leadership. It’s not just about talking values—it’s about living them, embody them in every action. Leaders set the tone with every decision and behavior, shaping how the organization approaches customer experience. If they focus only on profits or short-term gains, employees are less likely to buy into their vision.
